Nike dunk/presto hybrid has really gained popularity because it's got the look of the dunk with the comfort of the presto. Because of the material used on the presto is being incorporated into the dunk, it allows for even more patterns to be created. Here's the newest pattern called mix-match. Lemme know what you think.
